1、返工工单制度ReworkProductionOrder(PD)policy1 .目的PUrPOSe为规范返工工单的申请，确保实际耗用物料符合返工工单要求，及实现返工成本的监管InordertostandardizereworkPDapplication.EnsureactualconsumedmaterialsmeetreworkorderrequirementsandcontrolPDcost.2 .适用范围Scope本制度适用于所有需审批的返工工单的申请ThispolicyisapplicableforallreworkPDapplication3 .责任部门RolesandRespons

3、C设计的原因DesignissueINNOorNPIPP过程中出现的问题QualityissueinPPlineNPI在线不良制品MRBinWIPQA过期成品不良，出货检验不良AgingandMRBFG1NopastQAbeforeshipmentQA客诉CustomercomplaintsQA有ECO或DEVECOorDEVNA5.返工物料的控制MaterialcontrolofreworkPDi .增加物料Addmaterial根据IE返工流程中的物料清单增加返工物料MaterialaddisbasedonmateriallistforreworkPDthatIEprovides.如果需增
4、加是PCBA?!半成品，需TE审批NeedtogettheapprovalofTEiftheelectronicsemiFGneedtobeadded.如果需增加其他半成品，需PE审批NeedtogettheapprovalofTEiftheothersemiFGneedtobeadded.PP返工增加半成品，需NPl审批NeedtogettheapprovalofNPIifsemiFGareaddedinPPline对于增加的半成品，IE一定要在PD中备注审批者姓名IEmustindicateapproversifanysemiFGadded.在返工过程中的损耗物料会根据生产的损耗或者工程邮
5、件增加；Theconsumedmaterialsinthereworkprocesswillbeaddedaccordingtothelossofproductionorengineeringmail;ii .返仓物料Materialreturn根据IE返工流程中的回仓物料清单增加（目前只是对好料回仓）MaterialreturntowarehouseisbasedontheadditionmateriallistprovidedbyIE.IE返工流程中未包含的好料根据生产部邮件回仓。Goodmaterialsthatisnotincludedintheabovematerialreturnl
6、istshallbereturnedtowarehouseaccordingtothemailofproductiondepartment.6 .返工工单流程ReworkPDworkflow 所有申请人需按照标准格式填写申请并发给FULFPPCAllrequestorsmustfollowthestandardapplicationformatandsendtoPPC FULFPPC收到申请和通过审批的资料后，在SAP系统创建返工PD,输入IE提供的工时，并在PD备注：创建的原因、申请部门、申请人和申请日期.FULFPPCcreatereworkPD,addreworkhourandreaso
7、ninSAPaftergettingreworkPDapplicationwithcompletedapproval.Thereasonincludesreworkreason,applicationdepartment,requestorandapplicationdate. PPC创建完毕，通知IE.PPCinformIEafterreworkPDarecreated,IE根据返工流程放入返工物料。IEinputreworkmateriallistbasedonreworkrequirement标准申请表格StandardApplicationformat：创建返工工单申请表返工机型Model返工料号返工数量返工原因或类别7 .返工成本核算ReworkPDcostanalysis财务每月在完成月结后根据SAP返工工单的数据，核算返工成本，区分料工费及提供相关分析。TREAGLcapturereworkcostdetailfromSAPaftermonthlyclosingverymonth,providecostbreakdownwithanalysis,includingrawmaterial,laborcostandothercost.生效日期Effectivedate:May1st2020
