1、我国商业银行个人理财业务探讨摘要经济的快速发展增加了人们的收入的同时,也增强了人们的理财意识,不再仅仅是将钱存入银行而得到保障和获取利息,而是用来购买理财产品;这一改变也带动了理财业务的发展,越来越多的理财产品也被推新出来,各商业银行也借此机遇加大对理财业务的发展,使其产品更多样化、具有竞争力,以为其创收。本文根据我国商业银行个人理财业务发展的实况,深入分析我国商业银行个人理财业务中产品单一及同质性强、“以客户为中心”经营模式尚未明确、银行理财思路倒置和技术条件相对落后等问题,再基此缺陷探寻切合的发展路径。第一部分主要介绍了理财业务的概念和分类;第二部分指出商业银行个人理财业务的现状,整体规模
2、大,种类丰富,中资银行推出贵宾服务,国际私人银行纷纷进入中国,这些都促进了我国商业银行理财业务的发展。第三部分则详细的叙述我国商业银行在个人理财业务方面的不足,产品单一和同质性强,产品设计存在安全隐患,“以客户为中心”经营模式尚未明确,银行思路倒置。第四部分根据这些问题分别的提出应对措施,整合创新理财产品,培养高素质的个人理财规划师队伍,商业银行个人理财产品自主创新,加大理财意识和理财市场的培养,完善健全组织机构保障,有效防范理财业务中存在的风险。关键词:商业银行;个人理财;理财业务ResearchonthePersonalFinancialBusinessofCommercialBanksi

15、usion11reference12绪论经济全球化程度的增强和互联网金融的快速发展,使得理财业务成为国内外又一发展机遇。反观国外理财业务的发展,其不仅是金融业务的主要内容,也是商业银行增收的主要方面,且加大对其的发展也是顺应国外金融发展趋势的。再看看我国现状,过去各商业银行以提供贷款为主要增收项目的,每况愈下;因为国家经济结构的调整、新型行业的异军突起、人们生活理念的改变等,都促使着各领域需顺应时代趋势来优化其发展方式;如基此现实,我国商.业银行就开拓了新的业务-理财业务,并将把此作为其来增加收益的主要发展方向,这也是国外金融发展的重点。然而,基于我国商业银行理财业务发展的具体实况,其仍然有不少缺陷。因而,应在依据我国实况的基础上,借鉴国外长期发展而来的经验,探寻发展个人理财业务的途径,而其也是文章论述的重点。1个人理财业务概述1.1 个人理财业务的概念基于客户的信用状况、偿债能力等通过特定机构进行评估,商业银行再依据评估结果为客服推荐切合的理财产品,以帮助客户实现个人资产的保值增值,这就是所谓的个人理财业务。个人理财业务不仅仅是基于某一客服的具体情况而推荐单一的金融产品,虽说理财产品的适用因人而异,但可以根据某一类客服的相似特征而设计一种对其具有针对性、综合性的产品。与个人金融业务相比,个人理财业务内容更丰
