5、程概况Article1GeneralReviewofProject(4)乙方施工范围：工程门窗、幕墙制作和安装，包括原材料的采购、门窗、幕墙的加工制作、运输、现场安装、配合现场验收。(4)ScopeofPartyB,Sworks:productionandinstallationofthedoors,windowsandcurtainwallsoftheproject,includingprocurementofrawmaterials,processingandproductionofdoors,windowsandcurtainwalls,transport,on-siteinstalla

6、tion,andco-operationwithon-siteacceptance.第二条门窗、幕墙单价、数量及制作依据Article2Unitprice,Quantity&ProductionBasisForDoors,WindowsandCurtainWalls1.按附框外围尺寸计算;1.Calculatedsubjecttotheperipheraldimensionsoftheattachedframes;2.以上合同金额包含2%的设计费。如果需要对门窗、幕墙做检测，其检测费用由甲方自行支付。2.Theabovecontractamountincludes2%ofthedesignfe

7、e.Whereitisnecessarytomaketestingonthedoors,windowsandcurtainwalls,thecoststhereofshallbepaidbyPartyAitself.合同订立时确定的安装工程量如果与乙方实际完成的工程量不符，以实际完成的工程量为决算依据。遇下列情况，合同总价做相应调整：WherethebillofquantityofinstallationworksdeterminedatthetimeofcontractconclusionfailstomatchwiththesameofworksactuallycompletedbyPar

8、tyB,thebillofquantityactuallycompletedshallbethebasisoffinalaccount.Inthefollowingcases,thetotalpriceofthecontractshallbeadjustedaccordingly:第三条工程期限Article3WorkSDuration3.2本工程如需安装门窗的框、扇、纱扇等，甲方应在天前通知乙方，为乙方的工程提供施工条件。3.2Whereitisnecessarytoinstallframes,fansandscreensofdoorsandwindowsforthisproject,Par

9、tyAshallnotifyPartyBatdaysinadvancetoprovideconstructionconditionsforPartyB,swork.3.3工期顺延：因下列原因造成承包工程工期延误的，工期相应顺延。3.3Extensionofconstructionperiod:Wherethecontractedworksaredelayedduetothefollowingreasons,theconstructionperiodshallbeextendedaccordingly.第六条甲方权利与义务Article6PartyA,sRightsandObligations6

10、.1甲方在合同签订后日内向乙方提供图纸套，并同时按工程规范向乙方提供门窗、幕墙设计图纸及有关指标要求。6.1PartyAshall,withindaysuponconclusionofthecontract,providePartyBwithsetsofdrawings,andatthesametimeprovide,subjecttotheengineeringspecifications,PartyBwiththedesigndrawingsofdoors,windows,curtainwallsandrelevantindexrequirements.6.2如果需要乙方进行门窗、幕墙图纸

11、深化设计，应在合同中订立专项条款。乙方设计的门窗施工图在施工前由甲方确认。6.2WherePartyBisrequiredtodeepenthedesignofthedrawingsofdoors,windowsandcurtainwalls,theparticulararticleshouldbeconcludedinthecontract.TheconstructiondrawingsofwindowsanddoorsdesignedbyPartyBshallbeconfirmedbyPartyApriortoconstruction.第七条乙方权利与义务Article7PartyB,SR

12、ightsandObligations7.1乙方应按甲方提供的门窗设计图纸和国家标准制作安装门窗、幕墙。7.1PartyBshallmakeandinstalldoors,windowsandcurtainwallsinaccordancewiththedesigndrawingsofdoorsandwindowsprovidedbyPartyAandState*Sstandards.7.2乙方应当按合同进度要求及时安装门窗、幕墙，并严格按审批后的加工图纸和国家现行的施工及技术验收规范进行施工，确保工程质量和合同工期。7.2PartyBshall,withoutanydelay,install

13、doors,windowsandcurtainwallssubjecttotherequirementsofthecontractschedule,andcarryouttheconstructioninstrictaccordancewiththeapprovedprocessingdrawingsandtheState,ScurrentConstructionandTechnicalAcceptanceSpecificationtoensurethequalityoftheprojectandthecontractperiod.7.3乙方应按甲方要求进场施工，并提前组织好半成品的采购、运输

14、、保护等工作，保证提供的各种门窗、幕墙配件、材质必须是合格品。7.3PartyBshallentertheconstructionsiteasPartyA,srequirements,andorganizeinadvancetheprocurement,transportationandprotectionofsemi-finishedproducts,andensureallkindsofdoors,windows,curtainwallfittingsandmaterialsprovidedbequalifiedproducts.第八条工程变更Article8EngineeringChan

15、ges8.1甲方需要对分项工程设计进行变更应提前天以书面形式向乙方发出通知并附变更图样，双方签认后方可生效。因变更给乙方造成的损失由甲方承担,延误的工期相应顺延。8.1PartyA,ifneedstochangethedesignofsub-projects,shallnotifyinwritingatdaysinadvancetoPartyBwithchangedrawingswhichwilltakeeffectupontheparties,signedacknowledgement.PartyBshallbearthelosscausedtherebyandthedelayedconstructionperiodshallbepostponedaccordingly.
