11、箍筋的弯折半径r=2d.Thebendingradiusoftheoctagonaltypehoopedreinforcementr=2d.5.2主要工序施工方法Theconstructionmethodofthemainworkingprocedure钢筋制作流程如下:Thefabricationflowofsteelbarsisasfollows：5. 2.1材料验收materialacceptance进场的每一批钢筋，都应提供出厂试验报告。若无出厂试验报告，则应对进场钢筋进行抽查试验。各种规格型号的钢筋应分类堆放。对刚进场还没有报检的钢筋，应挂上待检的标识牌，对资料已提交给TCM但还批准

12、使用的钢筋挂上已送检的标识牌，对TCM已批准使用的钢筋挂上准用的标识牌。Eachbatchofbarsdeliveredtothejobsiteshallbeprovidedwithmanufacturer,Stestreports.Ifthereisnosuchreport,spottestshallbecarriedout.Barsshallbestoredbytheirspecsandtypes.Forthosesteelbarsdeliveredtothesitebutnotbeingchecked,tagthemwitha“tobechecked“markingcard.Fortho

13、sebarswhosedatahavebeensubmittedtoTCMbuthavenotbeenapprovedyetatthattime,tagthemwithausubmittedforapproval,markingcard.ForthosebarswhichTCMhasapprovedforuse,tagthemwithan“Acceptable”markingcard.5. 2.2钢筋下料制度Thesteelbarsmeasurementandcutting由土建工程师在熟悉图纸的情况下，考虑弯折部分的增减情况后计算得出。可根据钢筋表预先进行下料，检查弯钩长度，弯折半径，及箍筋

14、外皮尺寸，根据检查结果调整钢筋下料表，使加工成型的钢筋尺寸符合规范及TCM标准公差要求。对于尺寸较长的钢筋，计算下料尺寸时，考虑锚固、搭接长度及搭接接头位置。Thelengthofthebarsshallbecalculatedbythecivilengineerwhohasmadeagoodstudyofthedrawings,takingthebendingpartsintoconsideration.Trialcutofthebarsshallbeperformedaccordingtothebarscheduleandcheckthelengthoftheedgebends,bendi

15、ngradiusandtheoutsidesizeofthehoopedreinforcement.AdjustthebarscheduleaccordingtothecheckingresultsandmakethesizesoffabricatedbarsaccordwiththespecificationandTCMtolerancerequirement.Forthelongerbars,takethelengthforfixingandoverlapandtheoverlappositionintoconsiderationwhencuttingthem.5. 2.3钢筋制品的存放与

16、防护Thestorageandprotectionofthefabricatedbars对已加工成型的钢筋应注明钢筋使用部位、规格型号、数量分类堆放，并挂好标识牌。为防止雨水及地面蒸发水汽锈蚀钢筋，钢筋制品堆放场地底部应做隔离层，隔离层上覆盖防水塑料布，分类堆放的钢筋也用防水塑料布覆盖。Forthefabricatedbar,giveclearindicationofposition,specs,typesandquantityandstorethembytheirspecsandtagthemproperly.Makeisolationlayersonthelaydownyardandcoveritwithwater-proofplasticclothtopreventthefabricatedbarsfromcorrosionbyrainandgroundvapor.5. 2.4骨架、底网钢筋预制Theprefa
