1、大学外国专家公寓入住须知L入住公寓者要妥善保管自己的行李物品。入住者每人配1把钥匙，请妥善保管。工作结束离校时交回。Everyresidentwillreceiveasetofkeystoanapartment(oneforthebuildingentrancedoor,oneforyourapartmentdoor),andreturnthemwhenthecontractends.Residentsshallmakesurethattheapartmentislockedandtakecarefulofyourexpensivebelongs.2 .来访者在预约好之后方能访问外专，来访时间

2、为早9:00至晚IkOOo来访者请务必凭有效证件(如身份证、护照、学生证等)到值班室登记，说明来访理由及访问房间，并把证件暂放于值班室；离开时，去值班室领走证件。Appointmentshavetobemadebeforeyourvisitandthevisittimeis9:00AM-11:00PM.Alltheguestsshouldregisterwithavalididentification(IDcard,passportorstudentsIDcard,etc)inthedutyroom,telltheguardthevisitingcausesandthevisitingroom

3、number.Whenleaving,donotforgettotakeawaytheidentificationkeptinthedutyroom3 .未经允许，不得留宿他人。凡未登记擅自进入外专公寓者，一经发现，严肃处理。Itsforbiddentokeepotherslivingintheapartmentwithoutpermission.Anypersonwhoenterswithoutvalididentificationwillacceptseriousconsequences.4 .自觉维护寝室设施、设备、家具等，严禁破坏公寓财物。禁止改变房间布局，挪动房间里的家具等设施；禁止

7、icetc.7 .每天清扫房间，垃圾装袋，严禁向马桶及下水道投置异物，严禁向宿舍外投杂物。Keepapartmentcleanandingoodorderandtakethebagsoftrashintothegarbagebinsoneachfloor.Dontflushnewspaper,plasticbags,solidsorgarbagedownthetoiletsanddrainpipethatmaybeblockedup.Dontlitterthroughthewindows.8 .及时关好门窗，节约用水用电。严禁违章用电用水。Closewindowsanddoorsintimea

8、ndkeepvaluablesappropriately.Savewaterandelectricity.Turnofflightandfaucetwhenitisneeded.9 .洗衣机使用完毕，关闭水龙头阀门以免水管脱落跑水。Whenyoufinishlaundry,DOremembertoturnoffthewatertaptoavoidtheflood.10 .厨房炉灶使用完毕，关闭天然气阀门。Whenfinishingcooking,DOremembertoturnoffthegasvalve.11 .未经允许，不得在房间内举办大型活动。Bigpartyisnotallowedin

9、theapartmentwithoutpermission.12 .未经允许，禁止将公寓钥匙交由本公寓内学生保管，当外专本人不在公寓内时，严禁本公寓内学生私自进入其公寓。一经发现，严肃处理。It,sforbiddentogiveforeignexpertapartmentkeytostudentsinthisbuildingwithoutpermission.Studentsinthisbuildingarenotallowedtoenterforeignexpertapartmentswhentheexpertisout.Anypersonwhoviolatetherulewillaccep

10、tseriousconsequences.13 .入住期间不得擅自更换房门钥匙，不得擅自为非本房间人员配钥匙或另加门锁。Itisnotallowedtochangethelocksoftheapartmentormakecopiesofthekeyforothersoraddantherkeywithoutpermission.14 .禁止在公寓内屠杀鸡羊等动物。Itisnotallowedtokillanyanimalincludingchickenandsheepintheapartment.15 .严禁在公寓内饲养宠物。Petsshouldnotbebroughtupintheapart

11、ment.16 .离开*时，告知工作联系人离开和返回的日期，国际交流合作处为您报送住宿变更登记。Whenyouleave*forotherplaces,itneedstoberegisteredwiththepolice.YoumaytellthecontactpersonofyourdepartureandarrivaldateofJinancity.ThestaffofInternationalOfficeofSDUTCMwillhelpyou.17 .聘期结束离校时，请把房间打扫得干净如初，否则需要支付清洁费用。Whenyoufinishthecontract,pleasecleanyourroomascleanasitwas,otherwiseyoushouldpaythecleaningservice.
