1、PD物料更改制度ChangePDRequiredMaterialPolicy一、目的Purpose为规范工单更改申请，根据实际用量与标准用量差异情况更正标准用量Inordertostandardizetheprocessofproductionorderchangeapplication,correcttheBOMaccordingtothedifferencebetweentheactualconsumptionandtheBOM.二、适用范围Scope本制度适用于公司项下的所有申请更改工单物料需求量的情况Thispolicyisapplicabletoallapplicationsofch

2、angingPDrequiredmaterial.三、责任部门OWner工程部、申请工单更改的各部门ENGICN,AlldepartmentsthatapplyforchangingPD.四、更改类型ChangetyPe需审批：正常PD耗用物料的增减及变更，包括机器损耗Needapproval:Increase,decreaseorchangerequiredmaterialsofnormalPD,includingmachineloss.不需审批：DEV(Deviation)变更,ECO(EngineeringChangeOrder)变更，PP试产，新料试产，工程临时方案，返工，消耗旧料库存

3、，GB物料增加Noapprovalisrequired:DEV(Deviation)Change,ECO(EngineeringChangeOrder)Change,PP-Iine,newmaterialtrialproduction,temporaryprojectplan,rework,consumptionofoldmaterialinventory,GBmaterialincrease五、审批权限Approvalauthority部门Dept审批权限ApprovalauthorityPE制程问题造成的物料调整：锡膏、锡条、SMT红胶、油漆等Adjustmentcausedbyproce

4、ssproblems:solderpaste,tinbar,SMTredglue,paint,etc.TE功能问题造成的物料调整AdjustmentduetofunctionalproblemsIE码钉、胶水、散热油、热熔胶、硅胶、锡线、皮革、毛毡等CodeNailszglue,heatdissipatingoil,hotmeltglue,solderwires,silicagel,tinthread,leather,felt,etc.NPIPP拉的物料调整PP-Iinematerialadjustment六、损耗率分析Scraprateanalysis1 .辅料调整和实际用量数由IE每月统计

5、并发给财务部；TheadjustmentandtheactualconsumptionofauxiliarymaterialsshallbecalculatedandsenttotheTREACNbyIEeverymonth.2 .原材料调整由申请人在申请表里填写申请调账期间物料用量，财务部统计损耗率；Forrawmaterialadjustment,theapplicantshallfillmaterialconsumptionduringtheadjustmentperiodintheapplicationform,andtheTREACNshallcalculatethescraprat

6、e.3 .对辅料连续两个季度损耗差异率(申请调账数量/BOM需求数)大于10%的，各部门应重新回顾和修改BOM用量；对原材料连续两个月损耗率(申请调账数量/BOM需求数)大于1%的，各部门应重新回顾和修改BOM用量；Ifthedifferenceratio(adjustmentquantity/BOM)ofauxiliarymaterialsismorethan10%intwoconsecutivequarters,eachdepartmentshallreviewandmodifytheBOM.Ifthescraprate(adjustmentquantity/BOM)ofrawmateri

7、alsismorethan1%intwoconsecutivemonths,eachdepartmentshallreviewandmodifyBOM;七、申请格式Applicationformat所有申请人需严格按照标准表格填写，不可增加列，表格需以电子档形式发给IE.IE收到电子档和审批通过的纸质版申请表后更改PD用量，并在PD的长文本备注更改物料、更改类型、更改原因、申请部门、更改人和更改日期。Allapplicantsarerequiredtofillinthestandardformstrictlywithoutaddingcolumns.Theexcelformshallbesen

8、ttoIE.IEshallchangePDafterreceivingtheexcelformandtheapprovedapplicationform.标准申请表格StandardApplicationForms：冻结物料制度BlockMaterialPolicy一、目的Purpose为规范物料冻结状态更改，保证实物状态和系统状态保持一致Tbstandardizetheprocessofblockingmaterials,ensuretheconsistentstatusbetweenphysicalstateandsystemstate.二、适用范围Scope本制度适用于公司项下所有发生物

9、料不能使用并申请转Blocked状态的情况Thispolicyisapplicabletoallapplicationsofblockingunusablematerials.三、责任部门OWner申请冻结物料的各部门Departmentsapplyingforblockingmaterials四、流程WOrkflOW1 .发生物料不能使用的情况，需要转入BIOCked状态时，需要取得部门经理的批灾并保留批复依据；Whenthematerialscannotbeusedandneedtobeblocked,thedepartmentmanagersapprovalshouldbeobtaine

10、dandtheapprovalinformationshouldberetained;2 .取得批复后，将物料转BIOCked状态，并在系统汇总备注BIOCked原因；Aftertheapprovalwasobtained,blockthematerialsandremarkreasonsintheSAP.3 .经过相关部门检测并审批后做转报废仓，转好料仓，退供应商，增加PD需求数等处理；Afterthetestandapprovalofrelevantdepartments,transfermaterialstoscrapwarehouse,returntovendororincreasePDdemand.4 .申请部门每周Pl顾一次本部门仓位Blocked状态的物料数量利处理进度；Theapplicationdepartmentreviewedtheblockedmaterialquantityanddisposalprogressonceaweek.5 .财务部每月回顾一次各部门仓位Blocked状态的物料数量，并组织不定时抽盘；TheTREACNreviewedblockedmaterialquantityonceamonthandorganizedirregularstocktaking.Effectivedate:2018/12/10
