13、ifewasadecisiontoworkinanewmedium.Untilnow,Homerhadusedoil-basedpaints.Colorfulsubstancesaremixedwithoil.Thesethickpaintscanbespreadinlayers,oneoveranother,toproduceinterestingeffectsoflightandcolor.Oilpaintsareusuallyputoncanvascloth.Mostpeopleconsideroilpaintingseriouspainting.Butinthesummerofeigh
