11、asperICC2000.条款：根据ICC2000CIFz泰国主要港口7.2 Price:USD5000MTCIFShanghai,ChinabasedSn:50%IfSncontentincreasel%fpricewillbeincreaseusdl5mt.价格：建立在Sn:50%zUSD5000MTCIF中国上海如果锡含量增加1%,价格将增加USD15/MTArticle 8 -Destinations条款8-目的港8.1 Thedateofthebillofladingshallbeconsideredthedateofshipment提单日视为装船日8.2 Thetermsandco

12、nditionsofthecharterpartyagreementbetweenbuyerandtheseafreightlinermustcomplywiththetermsandconditionscontainedinthiscontract.IfanyofthetermsandconditionsdetailedinTheCharterPartyAgreementconflictswiththoseinthiscontract,thetermsandconditionsinthiscontractwillprevail.租船协议必须按照该合同条款来执行。如果租船协议与该合同条款冲突，

13、应按照该合同条款来执行。8.3 AlltaxesanddutiesorimportfeesimposedorleviedincountryoffinaldestinationshallbefortheaccountofBuyer.AlltaxesanddutiesorexportfeesimposedorleviedinsideofcountryofloadingportshallbefortheaccountoftheSeller买方由于进口产生的所有税费和进口费用由买方来承担。卖方由于出口产生的所有税费和出口费用由卖方来承担。8.4 Bysigningthisdocument,buyerg
