Organizationalgoalsarethebasisforanorganizationtomotivateemployeesanddepartmentsandcontrolorganizationalandpersonalperformance,andcanprovidedirectionandguidingprinciplesfororganizationaldevelopmentandpersonalwork.Accordingtothegoalsoftheorganization,eachdepartmenthasitsowngoalsandfurtherdividesth

2、eworkcontentofeachorganizationmember.Duringtheimplementationoftheplan,theorganizationcancompareandanalyzetheperformanceoftheenterpriseandemployeesaccordingtogoalsandthecurrentresults,andadjustthefutureplan.Objectivesaregenerallyregardedastheobjectivesofthebusinessleveloftheorganization.Theyareusuall

3、ythefuturedevelopmentformulatedbyeachdepartmentbasedonthegoalsandstrategiesoftheorganizationandwiththeresponsibilityofthedepartmentasthecore.Objectivesaremorerelevanttothespecificdevelopmentplansandmeasuresofdepartments,andeachdepartmentneedstofollowthespecificpathofObjectivestocompletetasks.Policie

4、saretherulesandframeworksformulatedbytheorganizationtostimulatetheworkoftheorganizationandindividualsaccordingtotheobjectivesandresponsibilitiesoftheorganizationgoalsandbusinessdepartments.Policiescanalsoaccuratelyconveythevaluesandattitudestowardsstakeholders.GoalsandObjectivesarethebasisforpolicyf

5、ormulation.Accordingtothecaseinformation,ShangriLaHotel,inordertopromotethedevelopmentofthecompany,firstformulatedgoals,includingincreasingoperatingrevenueandexpandingthenumberofbusinesscustomers,whichprovidesadirectionforthedevelopmentoftheorganization.Eachbusinessdepartmentformulatesitsownobjectiv

6、esaccordingtogoals,includingspecificroutesforairportpickupbythebusinessdepartment.ThecompanyanddepartmentpoliciesareformulatedaccordingtoGoalsandObjectives,forexample,theperformanceandbonusresultsofbusinesspersonnelareevaluatedaccordingtothefavorablecommentsofbusinesscustomers.Thisallowsallorganizat

Thedifferencebetweenformalorganizationsandinformalorganizationsisthatformalorganizationscomefromformaltasksintheprocessoforganizationaldevelopment.Informalorganizations,thereisusuallyaclearandreasonabledelegationofauthority.Eachpositionhasaclearmanagement
