Organizationalgoalsarethebasisforanorganizationtomotivateemployeesanddepartmentsandcontrolorganizationalandpersonalperformance,andcanprovidedirectionandguidingprinciplesfororganizationaldevelopmentandpersonalwork.Accordingtothegoalsoftheorganization,eachdepartmenthasitsowngoalsandfurtherdividesth
