EXAMINATIONOFMILLSITEANDMILL6.对工厂现场和工厂的检查6.1 TheContractordeclaresthathehascarefullyexaminedtheMill,theMillSiteandsurroundingareasoftheMillwithservicesandfacilitiesandisfullyawareofrelevantsiteconditionsaffectingtheexecutionoftheErection.TheContractPricehasincludedallthecos
11、tsandexpensesthatmaybeincurredbytheContractor.6.2 承包商声明其已仔细检查过工厂、工厂现场和有关服务与设施的工厂邻近地区，并且他已完全知晓了有关影响安装执行的场地条件，合同价格已涵盖了承包商所有可能的成本和费用的支出。9.AMOUNTOFERECTIONWORK9.安装工程的数量TheCustomerdoesnotzexpresslyorbyimplication,guaranteethattheactualamountsoftheErectionWorkormaterialofanyclasswillcorrespondtotheSpecifi
12、ca-tionsanddrawingsherewith.TheCustomerreservestherighttoincreaseordecreasetheamountsofanyclassorportionoftheErectionWorkasmayinhisopinionbenecessary.TheContractorshallmakenoclaimforanticipatedprofits,forlossofprofits,fordamagesorotherwise,becauseofanydifferencebetweentheamountsofErectionWorkactuall
13、ydoneormaterialsfurnishedandtheestimatedamountassetforthinthisContract.TheContractorshallbearanycostsinrelationtoprovidingextraErectionWorkormaterial,andnoclaimcanbemadeagainsttheContractorfortheextracosts.业主（明示或暗示地）不保证安装工作或任何一类材料的实际数量将与本合同所附的规范和图纸一致。业主保留在其认为必要时增加或减少任何一类或一部分安装工程的数量的权利。承包商不得因实际完成的安装工
14、作或提供的材料的数量与按本合同规定预计的数量之间存在任何差异而就预期利润、利润损失、遭受的损害或其它事项提出任何索赔。承包商应承担任何与该等额外安装工程或材料有关的任何费用，不得向业主主张该等额外费用。11TENDERDRAWINGS11.招标图纸TheContractoragreeswiththeCustomerthatthedrawingsincludedhereinanduponwhichtendersandlumpsumpricesarebasedareinsufficientdetailtoindicatetheclass,complexityandtheamountofthewor
15、kbutshallnotbeacceptedbytheContractorasfinaldrawingsoftheErectionWorktobecarriedout.承包商与业主一致同意本合同中所附的、且作为投标和总价基础的图纸已足够详细地表明了工作的类别、复杂程度和工作量，但承包商不能把它视为将要执行的安装工作的最终图纸。14.CONTRACTORSEQUIPMENT14.承包商的设备TheContractorshallsupplyandprovideallequipmentrequiredduringtheperformanceoftheContractandinconnectionwi
