4、spatchtosite.Althoughthemethodologyincompilingthisinstructionistosystematicallyprogressthroughtheconstruction,experiencedinspectorsmayinterprettheintentoftheinstructiontoaccommodatelocalornovelpracticesortoutilisetheinstru5、ctionforaoneoffzoralternativedesign,thedesignhavingbeenapprovedbytheclient.A

5、nysuchvariationsshouldbenotedintheinspectorsreport.3.0PROCEDURE3.IGENERALThisinstruction,togetherwithitsassociatedchecksheet,maybeusedonanyorderorcontract.ltisintendedtoactasaguidetot6、heinspectorinthecourseoftheinspectorprogramme.Anypartofthedocumentmaybeinvokedandthesectionstobeusedandthelevelofin
