8、PartyAandPartyBonsalary:Article9IfPartyA,sproductiontasksareinsufficienttoPartyBwaitforwork,PartyAshallpaytoPartyBamonthlylivingexpenseofRMBorpaythemonthlylivingexpensetoPartyBaccordingtoVLSocialInsuranceandWelfareBenefitsArticle10PartyAandPartyBshallparticipateinthesocialinsuranceaccordingtotheregu

9、lationsoftheStateandBeijingMunicipality.PartyAshallhandlerelevantformalitiesofsocialinsuranceforPartyBandbearcorrespondingsocialinsuranceobligations.PartyAshallwithholdandremitthesocialinsurancepremiumstobebornebyPartyBfromPartyBssalary.Article11PartyAandPartyBshalldepositthehousingprovidentfundinac

10、cordancewithrelevantregulations.PartyAshallwithholdandremittheportionofthehousingprovidentfundtobedepositedbyPartyB.Article12IfPartyBsuffersfromanillnessorsuffersanon-work-relatedinjury,themedicarebenefitsshallbepaidaccordingtotherelevantregulationsoftheStateandBeijingMunicipality.PartyAshallpayPart

11、yB,ssickpayaccordingtoArticle13ThesalaryandmedicarebenefitsofPartyBincaseofoccupationaldiseasesorwork-relatedinjuriesshallbepaidinaccordancewiththerelevantregulationsoftheStateandBeijingMunicipality.Article14PartyAshallprovidePartyBwiththefollowingwelfarebenefits:_VILLaborProtection,LaborConditionsa

12、ndProtectionagainstOccupationalHazardsArticle15PartyAshall,accordingtotheneedsofthepost,equipPartyBwiththenecessarysafetyprotectionmeasuresandprovidePartyBwithnecessarylaborprotectionarticlesaccordingtothenationalregulationsonlaborsafetyandhygiene.Article16PartyAshallformulateasafetyproductionsystem

13、accordingtorelevantnationallawsandregulations.PartyBshallstrictlycomplywithPartyA,slaborsafetysystem,shallnotconductoperationsinviolationofrulesandregulations,andshallpreventaccidentsduringlaborandreduceoccupationalhazards.Article17PartyAshallsetupandimprovearesponsibilitysystemforoccupationaldiseas

14、eprevention,strengthenthemanagementofoccupationaldiseaseprevention,andimprovethelevelofoccupationaldiseaseprevention.VIILRescissionandTerminationoftheLaborContractandEconomicCompensationArticle18Therescission,terminationandrenewalofthisLaborContractbyPartyAandPartyBshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewitht

15、heLaborContractLawofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaandtherelevantregulationsoftheStateandArticle19PartyAshallissueacertificateofrescissionorterminationoftheLaborContracttoPartyBatthetimeofrescissionorterminationofthisContract,andgothroughtheproceduresforthetransferofthefileandsocialinsurancerelationshipan

16、dsealingofthehousingprovidentfundaccountforPartyBinaccordancewithrelevantregulationsandtheLaborContract.Article20PartyBshallmaketheworkhandoveraccordingtotheagreementsbetweenPartyAandPartyB.Intheeventofanyeconomiccompensation,sucheconomiccompensationshallbepaidupontheworkhandover.IX.OtherProvisionsAgreedbythePartiesArticle21PartyAandPartyBagreetoaddthefollowin
