1、同学们，大家好，我们今天学习本章的最后一小节：国际贸易合同中的支付条款。合同中的支付条款主要涉及支付工具、付款时间、地点及支付方式等问题，直接关系到买卖双方的经济利益，对此合同双方应综合考虑，并在合同中明确规定。 我们先来看汇付条款：采用汇付支付方式时，应在合同中明确规定汇款的方法、时间和金额等。例如：The Buyer should pay 100% of the sale amount to the Seller in advance by T/T not later than Dec.3th.意思是买方应不迟于12月3日，将100%的货款用电汇预付至卖方。采用托收的支付方式时，应在合同中

2、明确规定交单条件、进口人的承兑、付款责任和期限等等。例如： Upon first presentation the Buyers shall pay against documentary draft drawn by the Sellers at sight. The shipping documents are to be delivered against payment only.买方应凭卖方开具的即期跟单汇票，于见票时立即付款，付款后交单。采用信用证的支付方式时，应在合同中明确规定信用证种类、开证日期、 有效期和议付地点等。例如：The Buyers shall open throu
