3、说明文(SteP-by-stepinstructions)是一种为读者提供问题解决方法及具体操作步骤的应用文体，是一种实用性很强的文体。这类写作的特点是：1 .目的指向明确，语言简明扼要，通俗易懂，避免浮夸的辞藻，要把真实的一面展现在读者面前。2 .说明时一定要把握一个中心主题。说明文中细枝末节较多，但不能神形俱散。3 .说明的次序非常重要。合理的次序会使文章层次清楚，脉络明晰，因此练习时可以尝试用不同的次序进行写作，找出最合理的一种。4 .由于说明文写实性较强，有时难免会让人感到没有生气。因此，可适当使用一些比喻、拟人等修辞手法，以增加文章的色彩。在写指导性说明文时要注意以下几个方面：1 .

4、正确运用时态。该类说明文的时态常用一般现在时。2 .突出写作重点。在写作时，要抓住写作对象的本质特征，做到“突出重点”，强调操作流程和使用步骤。3 .优化文章结构。可采用“总一分”、“总一分一总”等结构以使文章层次分明、条理清晰。如在文章开头先对需要说明的对象作总体介绍，然后对解决问题的方法进行具体阐述，分步介绍。4 .体现文体特点。说明文的语言要简洁、准确，且有逻辑性和条理性。5 .多使用祈使句。在写作中也可根据需要，适当穿插一些祈使句等句式结构。二、常用句式1.
