1、DYL-300多功能钻机总体设计及变幅机构分析摘 要目前国内的多功能钻机主要是进行钻孔,锚固孔,坑道施工,隧道施工,道路施工,露天采矿等。实践表明,多功能钻机不能很好的适应在不同的施工环境下进行不同的施工作业。国内部分单位引进了国外车载全液压动力头顶驱钻机,在实际使用过程中显示了其优越性,但价格比较高,配件供应周期长,使钻机的保养维修出现一些困难。因此亟需研发出具有自主知识产权,能够适应各种不同的施工环境,高效率的多功能钻机。国内在这方面的研究刚刚起步,虽然已经有国内厂商率先生产了首款多功能钻机,但其应用还不是十分广泛,主要是由于新钻机需要一个较长的适应过程才能进行使用,这样就延长了开采周期,
2、增加了开采成本。 针对上述问题,本论文通过对多功能钻机工作要求和设计要求的研究,自行设计一套适应性强,应用范围广泛的全液压多功能钻机。本文的主要内容及创新点包括:1. 了解多功能钻机的设计要求及工作领域,并提出对设计多功能钻机的总体要求。2. 设计一套全液压顶驱多功能钻机,利用钻机参数,通过优化设计、模块化设计来完成总体设计。3. 利用Pro/E三维软件对设计的钻机进行三维建模,并对变幅机构进行运动仿真,来了解钻机变幅机构的工作过程。关键字:多功能;钻机;总体设计;机构运动仿真AbstractAt present, the main multi-purpose drilling rig is
