CommodityPartyA.aChinamanufacturerofAutomaticAccessEquipment,willsupplyproductssuchas,GateOpenenBoomBarrierGate.Controller,Sensor,etc.toPartyB.3. ConfirmationofO
2、rders3.1. Thecommodities,quantities,prices,paymentandshipmentsofthecommoditiesshallbeconfirmedineachorder,theparticularsofwhichshallbespecifiedineachProfdnnaInvoice.3.2. AllpaymentsunderthisAgreementshouldbemadeinUSD(code840)bybanktransfer.3.3. ThepricesfortheGoodsincludethecostofpackaging,labelinga
3、ndotherexpensesprovidedunderconditionsFOBShanghaiport,PRC(INCOTERMS2010).4. PackingandShippingMarks4.1. PackingshallensurecompletesafetyoftheGoodsduringthetransportationbyseaorplane,includingtransshipment.PartyAshallcompensateforthedamagecausedbyimproperpacking.4.2. ShippingMarkshallbemarkedaccordin
4、glotheinstructionfromPartyB.5. ShipmentProcedure5.1. .DeliveryoftheGoodsshallbedonebysepratebatches.Shipmentshouldbedonenotlaterthanspecifiedinprofbnainvoicedeliverydate.5.2. BythatdateGoodsshouldbeproduced,tested,packed,labeledanddeliveredinaccordancetotheconfirmationbytwoPartiesemail.5.3. TheSelle
5、rshallprovidetheshipmentwiththeoriginalsofshippingandcommercialdocumentsforeachbatchofGoods:-Invoice,-Packinglist,specifyingthenameoftheGoods,quantityandweightsofeachitem,andvolume/dimensions,netandgrossweightofeachpackage;5.4. ThedateofBillofLadingisconsideredasthedateofShipment.5.5. Beforesendinga
6、lloriginaldocumentstoPartyB.PartyAwouldsendcopiesbyemailtoPartyBtoconfirm.5.6. .ThetermsofdeliverjrmaybechangedonagreementbetweentheParties.6.
