Attachmentstothisagreementhaveequallegaleffectastheagreementsmaintext.TheaboveisthecontentoftheEquityCooperationInvestmentAgreement.Bothpartiesshouldsignthisagreementandabidebyitsprovisionsafterfullyunderstandingandagreeingtoallterms.
