1、外文资料翻译DesignandImplementationofPLCbasedComputerizedMonitoringinDipCoatingSystemABSTRACTThepresentstudyisaboutthedesignandimplementationofdipcoatingsystembasedonProgrammableLogicController(PLC)technology.ThePLCcorrelatestheoperationparameterscontrolrequiredbytheuserandmonitorsthesystemduringnormalope

2、rationandunderdippingconditions.TestsofdipcoatingsystemdrivenbyDCmotordriverandcontrolledbyPLCproveahigheraccuracyinregulationascomparedtomanualhumanworks.Theimplementationofthehardwareandsoftwareforcontrolsystemandresultsobtainedfromtestsondipcoatingperformanceisprovided.Thus,PLCisprovedasaversatil

INTRODUCTIONWiththerapidchangesonindustriesandinformat

4、iontechnologiesinrecentyears,sometraditionalbulkelectronicapplianceshavetobemonitoredforalongtime.AlloftheircontroldevicessuchascommunicationinterfacesgraduallyentertheInternetinformationera.Controlofallequipmentshasbeenperformedthroughtheuseofcomputers.MostequipmentusesPLC(Programmablelogiccontroll

5、er)toconnectwithcomputertomonitorconsumingdevices.PLC,sarewidelyusedinindustrialfieldsbecausetheyareinexpensive,easytoinstallandveryflexibleinapplications.APLCinteractswiththeexternalworldthroughitsinputsandoutputs.Sincetechnologyformotioncontrolofcircuitdrivesbecameavailable,theuseofPLCwithpowerele

6、ctronicsinelectricmachineapplicationshasbeenintroducedinthemanufacturingautomation1.Dipcoatersarerobustcomputercontrolledinstrumentsforprecisethinfilmdeposition.Weprovidesolutionsforthedipcoatingofsmalltolargesamplesineithersingleormultiplevesselswhichissuitableforbothsimpleandcomplexvesselsequencin

7、g2.Sincetechnologyformotioncontrolofelectricdrivesbecameavailable,theuseofPLC,swithpowerelectronicsinelectricmachinesapplicationshasbeenintroducedinthemanufacturingautomation13&4.ManyapplicationsofDCmotorsrequirebesidesthemotorcontrolfunctionality,thehandlingofseveralspecificanaloganddigitalinput/ou

8、tputsignals,homesignals,forwardcommand,reversecommandsandon/off5.Insuchcases,acontrolunitinvolvingaPLCmustbeaddedtothesystemstructure.ThispaperpresentsaPLC-basedmonitoringandcontrolsystemforDipCoating.Itdescribesthedesignandimplementationoftheconfiguredhardwareandsoftware.ThetestresultsobtainedonDCm

9、otorperformanceshowimprovedefficiencyandincreasedaccuracyintimeconstantcontrolledoperation.Thus,thePLCcorrelatesandcontrolstheoperationalparameterstothetimesetpointrequestedbytheuserandmonitorstheDCmotorsystemduringmanualoperationandunderautomaticconditions.2. PLCASASYSTEMCONTROLLERPLCisamicroproces

10、sor-basedcontrolsystem,designedforautomationprocessesinindustrialenvironments.ItusesaprogrammablememoryfortheinternalstorageofUserorientatedinstructionsforimplementingspecificfunctionssuchasarithmetic,counting,logic,sequencing,andtiming6&7.APLCcanbeprogrammedtosense,activateandcontrolindustrialequip

11、ment,incorporatesanumberofI/Opoints,whichallowelectricalsignalstobeinterfaced.InputdevicesandoutputdevicesoftheprocessareconnectedtothePLCandthecontrolprogramisenteredintothePLCmemory(Fig1).Inourapplication,itcontrolsthroughanalog/digitalinputsandoutputsthevaryingload-constantspeedoperationofaninduc

12、tionmotor.Also,thePLCcontinuouslymonitorstheinputsandactivatestheoutputsaccordingtothecontrolprogram.ThisPLCsystemisofmodulartypecomposedofspecifichardwarebuildingblocks(modules),whichplugdirectlyintoaproprietarybus:acentralprocessorunit(CPU),apowersupplyunit,input-outputmodulesI/Oandaprogramtermina

13、l.Suchamodularapproachhastheadvantagethattheinitialconfigurationcanbeexpandedforotherfutureapplicationssuchasmultimachinesystemsorcomputerlinking8.3. CONTROLSYSTEMOFDIPCOATINGMODULEThefollowingconfigurationscanbeobtainedfromthissetup.PLC,sprogrammingisbasedonthelogicdemandsofinputdevicesandtheprogra

14、msimplementedarepredominantlylogicalratherthannumericalcomputationalalgorithms.Theprogrammedoperationsworkonastraighttwo-statettforwardandreverse“basisandthesealternatepossibilitiescorrespondtopositivepolarityornegativepolarity(logicalform)i.e.+12Vor-12vrespectively.In(Fig2),theblockdiagramoftheexpe
