2、dAqueductImprovementProject(AWUAIP)SteelPipeManufactureProjectNon-destructivetestingscheme1概述1 General该工程管道规格为D3300mmxl6mm和D3500mmx6mm,材质为:A283C,规定所有对接焊缝进行超声波检测,其他焊缝进行磁粉检测或液体渗透检测,超声波检测应符合ASME第8部分第1条附件U依J规定,磁粉检测应符合ASMEE109FrJ规定。SpecificationsofpipeinthisprojectareD3300mm16mmandD3500mm6mm,materialqual

4、 本措施采用A型脉冲反射式数字超声探伤仪对承压部位的所有对接焊接接头进行超声波检测。2.2 ButtweldjointforcompressionpositionshallbeultrasonictestedbyA-modedigitalultrasonicflawdetectorusingpulseechotechniqueduringthistechnique2.3 对详细的产品需要制定详细口勺检测方案,按程序规定进行审批和实行。2.4 Inspectionschemeindetailshallbedrawnupforspecificproduct,approvedandexecuteda
5、ccordingtotherequirementsofprocedure.2.5 检测工艺卡由超声波检测11级人员按协议规定编制。2.6 InspectiontechnicscardshallbedrawnupbyultrasonictestingIlclasspersonnelaccordingtocontractrequirements.2.7 检测人员2.8 Inspector2.8.1 检测人员必须通过培训,获得国家有关部门颁布的,符合SNT-TC-IA原则规定,并与其工作相适应的资格证书。Inspectorsmustbetrained,acquiringqualificationce

7、数字超声波探伤仪。InstrumentshallbeusedDigitalultrasonicawdetectorasPFUT2400orothertype.2.10.2 器和探头的组合敏捷度:在到达所检工件最大声程时,其有效敏捷度余量应多0dB0Combinationsensitivityofinstrumentandprobe:whenitcomesuptomaximumBeampathofinspectedworkpiecewhoseeffectivesensitivityshallbe10dB.253仪器和探头的组合频率与公称频率误差不得不小于10%。Errorofcombinatio
8、nfrequencyandnominalfrequencybetweeninstrumentandprobeshallbenotmorethan10%.254超声波探伤仪Fl勺工作频率范围为0.510MHz,仪器至少在荧光屏满刻度的80%范围内呈线性显示。水平线性误差不不小于1%,垂直线性误差不不小于5%。OperationFrequencyRangeofultrasonicfaultdetectorshallbe0.510MHZ,instrumentshallbelinearindicationatleastincluding80%offull-scalefluorescentscreen.
9、Errorofhorizontallinearityisnotmorethan1%,andverticallinearityisnotmorethan5%。2.10.5 厚为6mm的对接焊缝选用频率为5MHZ,折射角为70。和折射角为60。的2个聚焦斜探头分别进行检测。Bullweldwith6mmwallthicknessselects5MHZfrequency,shallbeinspectedbytwofocusingangleprobewith70oand60orefractedangle.2.10.6 厚为16mm口勺对接焊缝选用频率为2.5MHz,折射角为60。和折射角为45。的2个
10、单晶斜探头分别进行检测。Buttweldwith16mtnwallthicknessselects2.5MHZfrequency,shallbeinspectedbytwomonocrystalangleprobewith70oand60oproberefractedangle.2.10.7 比试块应采用与被检工件相似声学性能於J材料制成。Materialofcontrasttestblockshallbeidenticaltoacousticalpropertyofinspectedworkpiece.2.10.8 比试块的其他制造规定应符合ASME第8部分第1条附件U的规定。也可采用协议规
11、定的其他型号对比试块。OthermanufacturerequirementsofcontrasttestblockshallbeaccordingwithrequirementsinClause1Section8ofAnnexU.Othertypecontractedcontrasttestblockshallbeused.2.11 测的一般措施2.12 Generaltechniqueofinspection2.12.1 测复盖率:检测时探头的每次扫查复盖应不小于探头直径的15%。Inspectioncoveragerate:scanningcoverageofprobewheninspe
12、ctshallbemorethan15%ofprobediametereachtime.2.12.2 头的移动速度:探头的扫查速度不得超过150mm/SoTravellingspeedofprobe:scanningspeedofprobeshallbenotmorethan150mms.2.12.3 用机油、浆糊、甘油和水等透声性好,且不损伤检测表面的耦合剂。Engineoil,paste,glycerolandwateretc.shallbewellpermeabilitytoultrasoundandcouplantshallnotdamageinspectedsurface.2.12.
13、4 测面确实定,应保证工件被检部分均能得到充足检查。Inspectedworkpieceshallbeinspectedinsufficientduringdetermineofinspectionsurface.2.12.5 测面应经外观检查合格,所有影响超声检测的锈蚀、飞溅、污物都应予以清除,其表面粗糙度应符合检测规定。Inspectionsurfaceshallbequalifiedbyappearanceinspection,rustcorrosionanddirtshouldbeclearedawaytomakesurfaceroughnesscorrespondingtorequi
14、rementsofinspection.2.13 Calibration2.13.1 准应在原则试块上进行,校准中应使超声主声束垂直对准反射体的反射面,以获得稳定的和最大的反射信号。Standardtestblockshallbecalibrated,reflectingsurfaceofreflectorwhichultrasonicmainbeamverticallyaimsat,toobtainstableandmaximumreflectedsignals.2.13.2 隔三个月至少应对仪器的水平和垂直线进行一次测定。Instrumentalhorizontalandverticall
15、ineshallbedeterminedonetimeatleasteverythreemonths.2.13.3 器和探头系统的)复核Recheckinstrumentandprobe碰到下述状况应对系统进行复核:Incaseoffollowingconditions,systemshallberechecked:(1)校准后的探头、耦合剂和仪器调整旋钮发生变化时;Whenadjustingknobofprobe,couplantandinstrumentshallbechangedaftercalibration;(2)检测者怀疑扫描量程和扫查敏捷度有变化时;Wheninspectordoubtsthatscanningrangeandscanningsensitivityhaschanged;(3)持续工作4小时以上时;Whencontinuousworkinghoursaremorethan4hours;(4)工作结束时。Endofjob.2.14 声波检测规定1.8 Ultrasonictestingrequirements1.8.1 一般用两种K值探头采用直射波法和一次反射波法在焊接接头的单面双侧进行检测。Generallysignalsideandbilateralofweldingjointshallbeinspectedusingstraightbeamtech
