7、review.三、审查工作期限不包括勘察设计单位的修改时间。3.Theperiodofreviewworkdoesnotincludetimeforrevisionsbythesurveyanddesignunit.第六条审查结果Article6Reviewsresults一、审查合格的：1.Forthequalifiedreview:(一)乙方及时编制审查报告，并报有关部门备案。(1)PartyBshallpreparethereviewreportsintimeandfilethesametotherelevantauthoritiesfortherecord.（二）乙方向甲方提供施工图审

8、查意见告知书、审查合格书和节能登记(2)PartyBshallprovidePartyAwiththeNotificationofOpiniononConstructionPlanReview,theReviewCertificateandtheRegistrationFormofEnergySaving.(三)甲方收到审查合格书后的一个工作日内向乙方提供一套审查合格的施工图，经乙方审核无误后在施工图上加盖审查专用章。(3)PartyAshall,withinworkingdaysuponreceiptbyPartyAoftheReviewCertificate,providePartyBwi

9、thsetsofconstructiondrawingsthathavepassedtheexamination,onwhich,PartyBshallstampthereviewspecialsealontheconstructiondrawingsuponexaminationthereof.二、审查不合格的：2.Forfailureofpassingtheexamination(一)乙方向甲方出具施工图审查整改意见，并报有关部门备案。(1)PartyBshallissuetoPartyAtheconstructionplanreview,rectificationopinionandfi

10、letotherelevantauthoritiesforrecord.(二)甲方负责对施工图设计文件进行修改，并及时将修改的施工图设计文件交由乙方重新进行审查。(2)PartyAisresponsibleformakingmodificationstothedesigndocumentsofconstructiondrawingandpromptlysubmitsthesametoPartyBforre-examination.(三)乙方收到修改后的施工图设计文件后应及时告知有关部门。(3)PartyBshall,uponreceiptofthedesigndocumentsofrevise

11、dconstructiondrawing,informtherelevantauthoritiesintime.第七条审查费用及支付方式Article7Reviewfeesandpaymentmethods一、审查总费用为：。1.Totalreviewcostsare:.二、支付方式：2.Paymentmethod:(一)合同签订后一个工作日内，甲方应向乙方支付审查费用总额的.%,计(小写)一元，(大写)一元作为定金。定金在本合同履行后，抵作审查费用。(1)PartyAshall,withinworkingdaysuponthesigningofthecontract,payPartyBthe
