1、工程合同中施工组织设计条款中英文对照版工程合同中施工组织设计条款CONSTRC11ONMANAGEMENTDESIGN施工组织设计(ConStrUCtionorganizationplan,也译为constructionmanagementdesign)是用来指导施工项目全过程各项活动的技术、经济和组织的综合性文件，是施工技术与施工项目管理有机结合的产物.它能保证工程开工后施工活动有序、高效、科学合理地进行。在大型工程合同中通常有相关的条款做约定。施工组织设计的提交和修改SubmissionandAmendmentofConstructionOrganizationDesign除专用合同条款另

2、有约定外，承包人应在合同签订后14天内，但至迟不得晚于第7.3.2项开工通知载明的开工日期前7天，向监理人提交详细的施工组织设计，并由监理人报送发包人。Unlessotherwisespecificallyindicatedintheparticularconditionherein,thecontractorshouldwithin14dayssubsequencetosignaturehereof,howevernotlaterthan7dayspriortothecommencedaywhichisstipulatedinArticle7.3.2CommenceNotice,submit

3、theConstructionOrganizationDesigntothesupervisorwhichshalltransferthedesigntotheemployer.除专用合同条款另有约定外，发包人和监理人应在监理人收到施工组织设计后7天内确认或提出修改意见。对发包人和监理人提出的合理意见和要求，承包人应自费修改完善。根据工程实际情况需要修改施工组织设计的，承包人应向发包人和监理人提交修改后的施工组织设计。Exceptotherwisestatedinparticularcondition,theemployerandthesupervisorshallwithin7daysfol

5、ingtoactualsituationoftheproject,thecontractorshallsubmittotheemployerandthesupervisortherevisedconstructionorganizationdesign.乙方应按合同条款约定的日期,将施工组织设计和H程进度计划提交修改意见，逾期不确认也不提出书面意见的，视为同意。PartyBshallraiseadviceonamendmentstotheconstructiondesignprogramandprogressscheduletoPartyAaspertheagreement,ifany;ifn

7、theEngineersand/ortheEmpIoyerDsRepresentativeaccordingtothisContract.项目经理按发包人认可的施工组织设计（施工方案）及工程师和/或发包人代表依据合同发出的指令组织施工。Preparationofconstructiondesign.Constructionschedule.Water、Electricity,OpenedandCompletionnotice,Concealedworksacceptancefiles,etc.noticePartyAtimely.编制施工组织设计，施工总进度计划、用水、用电计划，开竣工通知书、

8、隐蔽工程验收单等并及时送甲方。双方移交场地后，乙方组织工程技术人员对施工场地进行复勘，并在60天内递交报价和施工组织设计,由甲方转交给业主指定的财务公司、工程顾问公司、工程监理公司及东盟经贸中心聘请的工程顾问和监理公司在30天内审核完毕并报老挝交通运输部备案。Afterbothpartiesacknowledgedthehandoveroftheworksite,PartyBwillorganizesprojectengineer&technicalpersonneltocarryonworkattheconstructionsite,tosubmitthequotationandconstr

9、uctionorganizationdesignwithin60days,PartyAwillreporttoprojectownerappointedfinancialconsultants,projectconsultantsandAETCsappointedprojectsupervisioncompanies,theprojectconsultant&managementcompanies.Contractorwillsubmittheprogrammeofworksaftercontracthasbeensigned.合同签订后承包人提交施工组织设计.签订合同之前，乙方必须提交一份经

10、乙方总工程师审核签认的针对本项目专项施工组织设计；PartyBshould,priortothesignatureofthiscontract,provideonecopyofparticularorganizing/designonthisprojectwhichhavebeensignedandconfirmedbypartyB,Schiefengineer.完成本项目施工前的准备工作，拟定施工组织方案。全面负责本项目施工任务的组织和实施；Completingallpreparationspriortoconstructionofproject,drawupconstructionplan

11、andtakingfullresponsibilitiesfororganization/executionofthisprojectexecution.承包人提交施工组织设计方案的时间：合同生效后10日内。培训协议：双方协商后补充。TimefortheContractortosubmittheconstructionorganizationanddesignprogramme:within10daysuponeffectivenessoftheContractTrainingagreement:tobesupplementedbymutualagreement.提交关键施工计划(名称)：见发
