6、lassification Framework was originally envisioned as a taxonomy of business processes and a common language through which APQC member organizations could benchmark their processes. 7、nthe United States andworldwide. Since its inceptionin 1992, the PCF has Seenupdatestomostofitscontent. Theseupdateskeeptheframeworkcurrentwiththewaysthat organizations do businessaroundtheworld.
