1、沟槽管道的安装工艺a.管道安装机具准备:选择符合要求滚槽机、开孔机和切管机;管道准备:垂直切割管道,清洁和加工管端凹槽,加工时小心管道爆裂,和出现锋利边沿,锋利边沿可能损坏密封圈,凹槽宽度和深度,必须符合凹槽技术标准。检查和润滑密封圈:检查密封圈,确保密封圈规格正确。在密封圈外部和内部密封唇上,涂薄薄一层润滑剂。应小心不要将颗粒杂质黏附在密封圈表面。使用润滑剂作为密封圈的配件。优良的密封圈润滑剂是防止密封圈磨损和可能损伤的基础。(如下图)密封圈安装滑动密封圈到管端,确保密封唇不要悬垂在管端。(如下图)O密封圈定位将密封圈在靠拢的两侧管端上定位后,把密封圈拉到两侧管端凹槽的中心位置。密封圈不应进
2、入管道凹槽。(如下图)5安装连接器外壳把外壳合在密封圈上,使壳体卡口咬合在管道凹槽内,插入螺栓,用手拧紧螺帽。(如下图)拧紧螺帽交替、均匀地拧紧两侧螺帽,直到螺栓底座金属面接触,螺栓收紧。b.机械三通、机械四通安装先从外壳上去掉一个螺栓,松开另一螺帽直到与螺栓端头平,将下壳旋离上壳约90度,把上壳出口部分放在管口开口处对中并与孔成一直线,在沿管端旋转下壳(如是机械四通,下壳方法与上壳相同)使上下两块合拢。c.法兰片安装安装法兰片:先松开两侧螺丝,将法兰两块分开,分别将两块法兰片的环形键部分装入开槽管端凹槽里,再把两侧螺丝插入拧紧,调节两侧间隙相近。安装密封圈将密封圈”C”形开口处背对法兰,沿管
3、端方向推入法兰内径凹槽内即可d选择符合要求的橡胶密封圈附(表一)e.管外径与沟槽加工尺寸附(表二)f管道支吊架安装附(表三)g.管道加工尺寸附(表五)h.质要求管道安装时应考虑管间隙量,也就是钢管的膨胀量。管道安装后要进行试压检查是否泄漏。如有泄漏其原因如下: 螺栓没拧紧,卡箍接触面有间隙。 沟槽加工深度应符合要求。 密封面不应有杂质。 钢管端部密封面有伤痕或沟线状伤痕不能安装。 密封圈不能有啃圈。 钢管外径不能超差。 加工后钢管端部至沟槽距离不能小。 安装不符合要求,超过规定的转角。钢管开孔引分支.在管路中引出分支,首先必须在管道开孔,孔必须开在管道中心线上并且尺寸要正确,开孔要用专用工具.
