2、efEngineer采取应急措施，控制有关阀门管线，做好现场记录：二管，二副lakeemergencymeasures,controlvalvepipeline,doonscenerecords:3/E2/0检查落水孔，操作P/V阀、测深等，回收清除溢油：二管水头Checkthewaterhole,operatingP/Vvalve,sounding,removalofspilledoilrecovery:3/EBOSUN管理泵浦，开关阀门，回收清除溢油：大管Managementofpump,valve,recoverandeliminatetheoilspill:2/E携带防污器材，提供应急

7、soundoilspillalarm根据船舶应急反应计划报告.Accordingtotheemergencyresponseplanreport.全体船员：Allofcrew.听到警报后，2分钟内奔赴主甲板左侧集合点；Whenthealarmsounded,2minutestothemusterstationinmaindeckleftthestem同时携带清除收集溢油工具,作好准备工作。carrycollectoilspillremovaltoolAtthesametimeto,toprepareforwork.清点人数,报告溢油应变总指挥Rollcallthenumberofoverflo

8、woilstrain,reportgeneralcommand全船人数14人，驾驶台2人,机舱2人，集合点10人Theallofshipnumber14,bridge2,engineroom2,musterstation10清点结束,由现场指挥带领人员迅速奔赴现场Rollcallending,theonscenecommanderleadthestaffquicklyrushedtothescene组织实施：Toorganizetheimplementationof:1) .现场值班人员报告加油船已停泵,进油阀已关,空舱已开启,正驳油；Thestaffondutyatthescenerepor

9、tedrefuelingshipstoppedpump,oilinletvalveclosed,emptycabinisopening,bunkeroil;2) .BOSUN关闭并检查甲板落水孔已堵塞燃后向现场指挥报告；BOSUNcloseandcheckdeckwaterholeisblocked,andthenreporttothescene3) .现场指挥向总指挥报告现场情况Theonscenecommanderreportconditiontogeneralcommander4) .如果溢油没有溢出甲板进入水域,全体人员利用桶俳金属铲,木屑,吸油毡清除收集溢油,FILTER安装并开启空

10、气薄膜泵,将溢油驳入空舱；Iftheoilspillnotspilldeckintothewaters,allofcrewusingbarrel,ametalspatula,sawdust,feltsuctionremovalofcollectedoilspill,FILTERinstalledandopenairpump,willspillintoemptytankbarge;5) .如果溢油溢出甲板进入水域，向溢油应变总指挥申请并得到同意后，由三副为艇长带领BOSUN,AB,MM携带清除收集溢油工具,放艇下去收集溢油。其余人员清除收集甲板上的溢油。同时船长向就近港口当局,当地代理，公司SM

11、S指定人汇报.Iftheoilspillspillagedeckintothewaters,applytooilspillcommanderandobtaintheapproval,3/0ascommanderleadBOSUN,AB,MMcarryingtheremovalofcollectedoilspilltool,launchingboattocollectoilspill.Thebalancepersonnelclearthecollectiondeckoilspill.Atthesametimethecaptainreporttothenearestportauthorities,
