7、rtyAoneworkingdayinadvance;otherwise,PartyBshallbearthelossduetoanyfailure,delayorerrorinpaymentforthegoods.(三)甲方可引入与甲方合作的银行或其他第三方支付机构提供款项结算等服务，乙方应按要求与甲方合作银行或其他第三方支付机构签署可能存在的相关协议，办理开通手续。(3) PartyAmayintroducethebankorotherthirdpartypaymentinstitutionswhichcooperatetherewithtoprovideservicessuchaspay

8、mentsettlement,andPartyBshallzasrequired,signrelevantagreementswhichmayexistwithPartyA,spartnerbanksorotherthirdpartypaymentinstitutionsforopeningprocedures.第七条消费者权益保证金ARTICLE7DEPOSITFORCONSUMERSRIGHTSANDINTERESTS(-)乙方知悉并同意向甲方缴纳相应金额的消费者权益保证金，作为消费者权益保障义务的保证，用于支付因乙方违约造成消费者的赔付或损害赔偿。甲方应当保证此保证金安全且不可挪作他用，

9、使用情况应当定期公开。(1) PartyBacknowledgesandagreestoeffectpayment,toPartyA,ofanappropriateamountofconsumerrightsdepositasaguaranteeofitsobligationstoprotecttherightsandinterestsofconsumersforthepaymentofcompensationordamagestoconsumersasaresultofPartyB,sbreachofcontract.PartyAshallensurethisdepositsecureand

10、cannotbeusedforotherpurposesandtheusethereofshouldberegularlydisclosed.(二)乙方应于签订本合同时向甲方缴纳保证金：一元，大写元。乙方同意甲方通过甲方合作的银行或其他第三方支付机构管理乙方缴纳的保证金。甲方需按照银行同期存款利息计算消费者权益保证金的利息。(2) PartyBshallpaythedeposittoPartyAatthetimeofsigningthiscontract:Yuan,Yuaninword.PartyBagreesthatPartyAwillmanagethesecuritydepositpaid

11、byPartyBthroughthebanksorotherthirdpartypaymentinstitutionswithwhichPartyAcooperates.PartyAisrequiredtocalculatetheinterestontheconsumerrightsdepositatthesameinterestrateasthebankdeposit.()有下列情形之一的，甲方有权直接使用乙方的保证金赔付消费者,但须以书面方式(包括但不限于电子邮件、传真、平台内通知等)通知乙方，并在书面通知中说明赔付原因及赔付的金额：(3) PartyAhastherighttousePa

12、rtyBsdeposittocompensateconsumersdirectly,providedthatPartyBisnotifiedinwriting(includingbutnotlimitedtoemail,faxznoticewithintheplatform,etc.)andstatezinthewrittennotice,thereasonforthepaymentandtheamountthereof.1.乙方违反法律、法规、政策或违反其对消费者的承诺致消费者受损的。1. PartyBsviolationofIawszregulations,policiesordefaul

13、tofitspromisestoconsumersresultindamagetoconsumers.2. 乙方未按经乙方确认的甲方平台相关规则规定向消费者履行相关义务的。3. PartyBzsfailuretoperformitsobligationstotheconsumerinaccordancewiththerelevantrulesofPartyASplatformasconfirmedbyPartyB.3.乙方给消费者造成损失,存在解散、破产、被依法吊销等情形的。4. PartyBhascauseddamagetoconsumers,andthecircumstancessucha

14、sdissolution,bankruptcyorlegalrevocationarefound.5. 法院判决、裁定及其他生效法律文书认定乙方损害消费者合法权益应当赔偿，乙方拒绝或者无力赔偿的。6. ThecourtsjudgmentszrulingsandotherlegaldocumentsinforcefindPartyBhasdamagedthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofconsumersandshouldpaycompensation,howeverPartyBrefusesorisunabletopaycompensation.ARTICLE11

15、.DISTRIBUTIONOFCOMMODITIES(-)乙方承诺在订单成交后的小时内发货，交易双方共同确认延长发货时间的情形除外。乙方的发货时间，以快递公司系统内记录的时间为准。(1) PartyBundertakestodeliverthegoodswithinhoursuponcompletionoftheorder,excepttheextendeddeliverytimemutuallyconfirmedbythepartiestothetransaction.PartyBsdeliverytimeshallbesubjecttothetimerecordedinthesystemo

16、fthecouriercompany.(二)乙方同意使用以下第种配送方式：(2) PartyBagreestousethefollowingdistributionmethods:1.乙方自行负责商品的配送事宜。1. PartyBshallberesponsiblebyitselfforthedistributionofthecommodities.2. 乙方同意使用甲方或甲方关联公司/机构的配送服务。3. PartyBagreestousethedeliveryservicesofPartyAorPartyA,saffiliatedcompanies/institutions.(三)若乙方使用上述第1种配送方
