7、ayingpipelinefollowstheconstructionprogressofcivilengineeringprofessionalconcreteframeatthesametime.6.1.2 明敷设的管路，首先确定管路的走向，然后用角钢与U型卡子制作固定卡子，焊接于相应位置再将照明钢管用卡子固定。最后安装照明盒。First,thedirectionofthepipelineisdetermined,thenthefixedclipismadewithanglesteelandUclip,weldedinthecorrespondingpositionandthenfixed

8、withclip.Finallyinstallthelightingbox.6.1.3 灯具的安装，根据图纸设计选择正确型号的灯具并将灯具安装于图纸中设计的位置。Installationoflamps,selectthecorrecttypeoflampsaccordingtothedrawingdesignandinstallthelampsinthedesignpositioninthedrawing.6.1.4 照明箱的安装，根据图纸设计选择照明箱，保证箱内开关容量与数量正确。然后按照图纸设计将照明箱安装于正确位置。Installationoflightingbox,selectligh

9、tingboxaccordingtodrawingdesigntoensurethecorrectswitchcapacityandquantityinthebox.Theninstallthelightingboxinthecorrectpositionaccordingtothedrawingdesign.6.1.5 照明线敷设，根据图纸设计的照明灯具数量，开关位置确定每根管路中所需要的照明线根数，然后统一穿入，最后将各处接头接好并用高压防水胶布包绝缘再用低压绝缘自粘带固定。照明线规格按照设计为照明回路2.5mm2.插座回路40而。锅炉本体比较特殊，全部为4mmLightinglinela

11、ccordingtodesignlightingcircuit2.5mm2,socketcircuit4mm2.Boilerbodyisspecial,all4mm2.6.1.6通电试验，首先对安装完的回路用500V绝缘电阻测试仪进行绝缘试验，绝缘电阻不小于0.2MC。合上全部的照明箱内开关，对每个回路的灯具进行检查是否正常运行。Powertest,firstofall,theinstalledcircuitwith500Vinsulationresistancetesterinsulationtest,insulationresistanceisnotlessthan0.2M.Closeal
