7、ntdepartmentconductscontractnegotiationswiththesuccessfulcandidateandsignsthecontract.Performanceofcontract:Thesuccessfulbidderperformsitsobligationsinaccordancewiththerequirementsofthecontracttoprovidegoods,servicesorcompletetheproject.Supervisionandacceptance:Thegovernmentprocurementdepartmentshal
