12、ntofbothparties,noneoftheprojectscommonIPRmaybetransferredtoanythird-party.VI Duration,AmendamentandWithdrawalTheprojectwillterminateuponcompletionofallresearchactivities,whichisagreedonthedateof*.Aresearchpartnerwhodecidestowithdrawfromtheprojectbeforetheabove-mentioneddateshooldnoticeothermemberso
