2、D/CAMsystem.MostCAMsystemscanproducethecutterorbitautomaticallyafterusersinputrelevantparametersatpresent.Comparativelyspeaking,itisstillnotripetoregardquality,efficiencyastheresearchofchoosingtheproblemofcutterofoptimizingthegoalcorrectly,donothavecommercialCAMsystemthatcanofferthepreferreddecision

3、supporttoolofcutteratpresent,thereforeitisdifficulttorealizetheintegratingautomaticallyandorganicallyofCAD/CAM.Thecutterischosentousuallyincludecuttertypeandcuttersize.Generallyspeaking,suitableforoneprocessingcutteroftargetformuchkind,onecuttercanfinishdifferentprocessingtasks,soitiseasiertoonlycon

4、sidermeetingthecutterthatbasicallyprocessestherequirementandchoose,especiallytogeometirccharacteristicsofmodelsuchasthehole,trough,etc.Butinfact,itiscommonforcuttertochooseandsureoptimizationgoalinterrelate,forinstancemostheavytocutefficiency,processtime,minimumprocesscost,longestservicelife,etc.atl

5、east,sothecutterischosenitisacomplicatedoptimizationquestion.Suchasmouldtypeoneofparts,becausethegeometircformiscomplicated(usuallyincludecurvedsurfaceoffreedomandisland),influencegeometrythatcutterchooseitrestrainsfromtobecanexplicittosayamongCADmodel,needtodesignthecorrespondingalgorithmtodraw,the
